Straight Answers
What should I do first after a house fire?
Don't re-enter until the fire department clears the structure. Then call us — emergency board-up and tarping protect the property from weather and liability, and most policies require you to secure the property promptly.
Can smoke odor really be removed?
Yes, when it's done right — deep cleaning of residues, HEPA air scrubbing, treating or sealing affected surfaces, and removing materials too saturated to save. Spraying deodorizer over soot is not remediation, and we don't do it that way.
Does insurance cover fire damage restoration?
Fire is a core covered peril on essentially every property policy. We document the loss, write the Xactimate estimate, meet your adjuster on site and bill the carrier directly.
Can you rebuild the structure, not just clean it?
Yes — that's the point of calling us. As a division of a Class A & B general contractor, we take fire losses from board-up through complete structural reconstruction without handing you to a second company.
